Other than going away for work, I have never left Gillian and Craig. It felt strange at first but by the time I got home I felt refreshed and had missed both deeply.
I got to meet my favorite author Jen Lancaster.
We wandered the streets of NY which were much safer than I expected. We went to the top of the Empire State Building which was beautiful (although we both wondered how we were going to make it as we are both scared of heights.
The second day we went to Woodbury Commons....I recommend this to all woman that like shopping...we could have spent days there!
